This is not true. If you reference the Rosters2008YE file that Steve sent out right after the season was over, Kyle had 646 draft dollars and I had 172. Then, reference the roster update he sent out on Feb 12 and you will notice that Kyle has 696 and I have 122.

Hmm I'm looking at the wrong form then. The first one I downloaded had me at 696 and I still had 696...
